Typically, the Administrative Services Group staff at a
National Order of the Arrow Conference is composed of adult
members, which thereby allows youth staff to participate in
direct support of the overall program areas. Our overall goal
is to see the conference Youth Leadership is assisted in
achieving their individual committee goals.
Additional goals include:
- Provide logistical and program support to CVCs and
the NOAC Staff so that all participants will have a memorable experience
- Assist staff applicants and contingent leaders
throughout the registration process so as to minimize processing time
- Help Lead Advisers manage their staffing process
- Consolidate committee program and logistical support
requirements
